For members with an open care gap for HbA1c, KED or colorectal cancer, Retina Labs offers an end-to-end solution to deliver direct-to-patient lab test kits to your members by mail. Members can easily complete their test kit and return their sample to our CAP/CLIA-accredited lab partner and receive their test results in days. Their primary care provider will ale receive the lab results.
At-home lab testing is quicker, more convenient and less costly than traditional in-person lab visits. Out lab test kit programs yield high member participation rates ensuring that critical gaps in care get closed.
