We’re Fueled By Passion for Eye Health
We are redefining vision care to change the way patients and eye care providers interact. We’re solving a real-world problem – the growing need for access to quality eye care. The need is not restricted to one country. It’s global. It’s meaningful. It matters. And we’re leading the way. If you want to do something that’s never been done – and have fun doing it – then Retina Labs is the place for you.
Our Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Mission: To save vision in people living with diabetes
- Vision:To create a better healthcare system where everyone gets access to diabetic eye exams and preventive health screening whether in primary care settings or in-home.
- Core Values: At Retina Labs, our core values are the heart of what we do and how we do it.
We Believe in Our People
We believe that each employee adds to our culture and the success of our company. The Retina Labs team is composed of bright, driven, and highly compassionate people who are dedicated to improving the health and well being of the patients and health plan members we serve. Above all, our goal is to partner with our customers to build and deliver better preventive healthcare care.
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where cross-functional communication is key. The work can be challenging, particularly as we scale the organization, build new products and evolve our processes, but our work is rewarding and we’re truly able to witness our mission in action every day.
Retina Labs is a remote-first company, which means we focus on flexibility and there is no organizational requirement to spend a specific amount of time in a physical office location. We have two offices available for opt-in use by employees and teams – one in Nashville, Tennessee and one in Montreal, Quebec. We encourage employees to find the balance they want, so that they are able to perform best. We also support a healthy work/life balance.
